Every smile makeover includes a design check stage. After your treatment begins we place a temporary version of your design to wear for 2-3 weeks. A chance for you to take your new smile for a test run in real life.
If you have any feedback or require any changes, this allows us the opportunity to refine the colour, shape, texture, and thickness before the final design is locked in and your porcelain veneers are inserted.
It is important to know that the design check stage occurs once the teeth have already been ‘prepared’, which alters the natural surface of the tooth and is irreversible. During this stage we have the opportunity to entirely change the final design, however returning to natural teeth (without veneers) is no longer an option.
