WHO YOU’RE TALKING TO
When you reach out to us, you’ll be speaking with our dedicated New Patient Coordinators. They work directly in our Perth clinic and are in constant communication with our dentists throughout the day. Their role is to provide you with the information you need before a consult, answer your questions, and share how our approach sets us apart. They’re real people, passionate about helping you find the right path to a healthier, happier smile.
OUR APPROACH
OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
At Advanced Dental Artistry, we’ve designed our new patient process to be supportive, transparent, and tailored to your unique needs.
This step-by-step approach allows us to listen, work with you to achieve your smile goals, and ensure we’re the right clinic for you—or connect you with one that is.
Here’s how it works:
Step
Discover Us
Whether you’ve heard about us through a friend, found us online, or were referred by another professional, your journey starts with a simple step—exploring what we can offer you.
Step
Reach Out
If you have a question, concern, or are simply curious about how we can help, the next step is to get in touch. Whether you prefer a quick text, a scheduled phone call, an email, or a chat through Facebook Messenger, our team is here to listen and provide the information you need.
Step
Initial Chat
Once you’ve reached out, we’ll have an initial conversation in the format that suits you best. This chat is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask any questions, and learn more about our approach. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation aimed at helping you understand whether we’re the right fit for your dental needs.
Step
Comprehensive In-Person Consultation
If you feel confident in choosing us, the next step is booking an in-person consultation with one of our dentists and a treatment coordinator. This comprehensive 90-minute session allows us to thoroughly understand your goals, evaluate your oral health, and discuss tailored treatment options. We take the time to consider your entire dental and aesthetic needs, ensuring we’re not just offering quick fixes but long-term solutions.
